💡 Frequently asked questions
How is KrNU.Net different from KrNU.Org?
KrNU.Net is a new platform based on the latest Moodle version with a modern design, mobile app support, and extended functionality. KrNU.Org will remain accessible for a period while the new system is being deployed.
Do I need to register again?
Login to the old system KrNU.Org remains unchanged — use your existing login and password. To access the new system KrNU.Net, you will receive access to the university corporate email on the Google platform, which is used for authentication.
Where can I find my courses?
In the new system, after logging in you are taken to a page with your current courses, to which your teacher has already enrolled you. If a course is not displayed, contact your teacher to enrol you.
How do I use the mobile app?
Download the Moodle app on your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play. On first launch enter the address: krnu.net, then sign in with your university corporate Google account.
Are materials from the old system preserved?
Some courses remain on the old platform KrNU.Org, some will be migrated to the new one, and new courses will be available on KrNU.Net. During the transition period your courses may be on both the old and the new platform.
How can a teacher create a course?
Contact the system administrator or the course moderator of your department. You can also submit a request via the appropriate form. Once created, you will receive editing rights for the course.

What to do if a technical problem occurs?
Use the feedback form. Describe the problem in detail: what is not working, which course, which browser and device you are using.

The new system KrNU.Net is currently under development and undergoing testing. As a result, students and teachers cannot yet use it for the educational process. The launch of the system for full use will be announced through the official university channels.
